Our services for employers are free and include:
- Candidate sourcing and recruitment for entry-level and career track roles
- Candidate pre-screening to reduce the time spent reviewing resumes
- In-person or virtual hiring events to attract larger talent pools, making hiring faster, easier, and more efficient.
- Job placement incentives to help offset the cost of orientation and training
- Apprenticeship Employer Signing Bonus (AESB) as an incentive for hiring, registering, and training a WEST participant as an apprentice.
- Workplace and on-the-job training plans to contribute to successful onboarding and job orientation, including financial incentives if appropriate
- Ongoing support in identifying and resolving placement/workplace issues to advance employee performance and job retention.
