Healing in Uncertain Times: An Outdoor Eco-Therapy Group, with Dr. Nate Charach, is starting April 10th! There are still some spots available. Download the full flyer here.
The group provides a unique opportunity for participants to engage in an alternative approach to dealing with the stresses, anxieties, and uncertainties of our modern world.
The group will be meeting every other Thursday, 1pm to 3pm, beginning April 10th, at the West Neighbourhood House location at 248 Ossington Avenue (at Dundas West)
Intake sessions will be taking place on March 27th and April 3rd. This group is covered by OHIP and has limited space available on a first come, first served basis.
For more information, and to register, please contact Chris Bell via email at Chrisbe@Westnh.org or phone at 647-720-5871.
Dr. Nate Charach is a psychiatrist who is running OHIP-covered, nature-connected therapy groups to transform our distress into motivation and purpose. These groups will help empower you to engage in meaningful action to address the challenges of our time while also preventing burnout for those taking action.
As a participant, you will focus on connecting to what matters most to you. You will connect with your inner self, to others in the group, and to the greater natural world.
