The Training and Education series at West Neighbourhood House supports caregivers by teaching skills to manage stress, balance their duties as a caregiver with that of their own life, and develop strategies when facing challenges in their role.
The sessions will be held at 248 Ossington Ave., 5:00 to 6:30 pm. In-Person or hybrid on Zoom. Respite care will be available upon request at the Adult Day Program or at Adult Day Service@home.
